How far in advance do I need to order? β–Ύ
At least 48 hours in advance for standard orders. For large orders (24+ cookies) or custom gift boxes, please give 72 hours notice so everything is made perfectly fresh.
Do you deliver? β–Ύ
Yes! Local delivery is available within NYC for a small $5 fee. You can also pick up at our location in NYC β€” pickup details are shared after your order is confirmed.
How do I pay? β–Ύ
Payment is via Venmo or Zelle after your order is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation DM or email with payment details within 24 hours of submitting your order form.
Do you accommodate allergies? β–Ύ
Please note all our cookies are baked in a home kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, and eggs. We're not able to guarantee allergen-free products, but please mention any allergies in your order and we'll do our best to help.
Can I order custom or themed cookies? β–Ύ
Absolutely! Gift boxes with custom messages, seasonal flavors, and themed packaging are all available. Just mention it in your order form and Liv will follow up with options.
How long do they stay fresh? β–Ύ
Our cookies are best enjoyed within 3 days at room temperature. They also freeze beautifully for up to a month β€” just pop them in the microwave for 15 seconds to bring back that fresh-baked warmth.
